1. We are looking for a high-performing Sales - Regional Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

2. Your work can involve careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or enhancing the operation of the business, position or reputation in some way.

3. Must have strong contact of distributors and channel partner.

4. Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract partners

5. Ownership of complete pan India and look after business development in Pan India Level.

6. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

7. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

8. Expanding and Building: On boarding new partners.

9. Communication skills should be good in English and local languages.

10. Inclusion of technology: explore and achieve technological upgradation of processes.

11. Communicating with customers, answering phone calls, and messages emails to potential customers, and following up on leads.

12. Understanding customer's needs and identifying sales opportunities.
