 Based on tentative cost sheet and margin sheet prepared, provide tentative
rates to operation / International Marketing team as per product inquiry /
requisition received from Client.
 Compare PM quote received from the supplier with our cost calculator
based on payment and delivery term.
 Check net impact of latest RM rates on tentative cost provided.
 Compare Actual cost sheet received from Factory with tentative cost sheet
prepared.
 Final rate approval of PI and Tax invoice received from Factory.
 Calculate conversion charges (RM + PM+ CCPC) to be paid to factory.
 Inventory Reconciliation (If Required)
 Generate savings in terms of additional margins
 Keep buffer in costings to avoid margin loss
 Maintain costing MIS:
 Shipment wise profitability
 Last FOB price offered vs new price
 Last shipment data base (packaging type, etc.)
